Custom Home Building
Every step of construction of your luxury custom home is ultimately managed by the owner of PRM, Paul Mooney. Our single point responsibility approach allows you to work closely with Paul and the PRM team throughout the construction process. Our design approach allows you to incorporate your wish list and your vision into your new home. PRM will work with current or mature plans, or start the process with you with one of our recommended architects and designers. If you have not yet selected a home site, we can provide a building cost analysis that will help determine project costs. We work closely with our clients from start to finish, including lot analysis, design/ planning, specifications/ selections, construction to closing.
Along with new custom homes, PRM specializes in residential additions and renovations. Whether you are remodeling one room, renovating your entire home, or adding a new space, you can be confident the end result will be as you envisioned. PRM has completed custom renovations on numerous homes throughout the Birmingham, Bloomfield, Royal Oak, Ann Arbor and other affluent communities in Southeastern Michigan. PRM will manage every aspect of your project, regardless of size/scope, and provide you with the quality and timely service you deserve.
Clients gain peace-of-mind with our construction management services. Paul and the PRM team of experienced professionals work closely with clients, architects and engineers during the design phase, conducting design and constructability reviews to ensure projects timelines are met and budget is respected. This process ensures the most value and highest quality for the project investment. Communication is of utmost concern to Paul and the PRM team, and is never compromised throughout the construction process.
Historical restoration can pose many unexpected challenges. Every home tells a story—our respect for homes that have been deemed historic landmarks and their value to the surrounding community are paramount to us. PRM’s goal is to focus on even the smallest of architectural details and maintain the integrity—the story—of each structure. By selecting PRM to restore your unique gem, you can rest assured that the project will be completed with respect of the work of the original builders many years ago.
